OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. Our products are certified to STANDARD 100, product class Product Class I (Baby & Infant Safe).
Lab reports. Fiber composition, formaldehyde, fluorescent whitening agents and microbial limits: SGS CANWT00472237 & Intertek Audit CNIR2601SZ10615 (2026).
Your lab, your choice. We send production samples to SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or any lab you name. Test fees: standard factory COA & OEKO-TEX® docs are free; buyer-nominated third-party lab tests are at cost (credited on bulk order).
Market-specific tests. For example, formaldehyde limits for underwear in Japan or hygiene product inspection in Korea, on request. See Certifications & Compliance.

Q1What AQL do you use?+
We inspect finished goods to ISO 2859-1 (equivalent to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4), general inspection level II. Limits are AQL 2.5 for major defects, AQL 4.0 for minor defects and zero accepted critical defects. You can set a tighter AQL in your purchase order.
Q2How long do you keep retained samples?+
We keep 1,000 boxes / 3,000 packs from every lot for 24 months, stored by lot code. If you raise a question later, we test the retained sample against your complaint.
Q3What is checked against the approved sample?+
Before mass production we seal two approved pre-production samples, one for you and one for our QC team. Every first-article and final inspection compares the goods with that sample for size, feel, embossing, count and print.
Q4Can I send my own inspector?+
Yes. You can book any third-party inspection company for a pre-shipment inspection at our factory. We share our final inspection report either way.
Documents with every shipment
Each shipment comes with our final inspection report, a packing list showing lot codes by carton and, on request, the latest test reports and certificate copies. Ask for a sample report before your first order.

Yes, single-use cotton pads are hygienic when they are made and packed under controlled conditions and used once.
