FBA fees rise by shipping weight, and 60 sheets at 90 gsm already contain about 405 g of fabric, so the packed box can pass 1 lb (454 g). Fifty sheets at 80 gsm hold about 300 g. Ask us to weigh packed samples before you fix the count.

Q1What size is an XL disposable face towel?+
Usually 25×30 cm, sold in the US as 10"×12". “XXL” towels are usually 30×30 cm (12"×12"). Both sizes cover the whole face and neck. We make both and can cut a custom size if your listing needs a different one.
Q2How many XL towels should go in one box?+
Fifty is the standard Amazon count for a 10"×12" box, with 60 as a common step up. Value listings use 100-count soft packs or 2- and 3-pack bundles. Choose the count after weighing packed samples, because extra sheets can move a box into a higher FBA weight band.
Q3Should I choose 80 gsm or 90 gsm?+
Choose 80 gsm for a thick feel at a lower fabric cost, and 90 gsm if “extra thick” is your main selling point. The 10 gsm step adds about 12.5% more fiber per sheet. Compare both from the same production line before you decide; we can send them side by side.
Q4Can you match a towel I already sell?+
