Cotton knit briefs feel like regular underwear and suit a full day of wear; nonwoven briefs are lighter and cost less, and suit a single spa treatment. We suggest cotton for travel kits and postpartum programs, and nonwoven for treatment rooms.

Our disposable briefs are hygienically produced and individually sealed; we do not label them sterile.

A sterile claim needs a validated sterilization process (such as ISO 11135 ethylene oxide or ISO 11137 irradiation), sterile-barrier packaging (ISO 11607) and batch release records. In the US and EU, that claim can also turn underwear into a regulated medical device.
What we do instead:
Cutting, sewing, inspection and packing in our Foshan factory.
Lot inspection for size, seams, elastic and packing; workers wear Full lint-free cleanroom smocks, bouffant hairnets, masks & sanitized nitrile gloves.
Each brief is sealed in its own pouch right after inspection and is not handled again until the wearer opens it.
Retained samples from each lot for 36 months (3 years in cool, dry storage).

Q1Are your disposable briefs 100% cotton?+
Our standard cotton briefs have a 100% cotton knit body fabric. Like most cotton underwear, the waistband and leg elastic contain spandex. Our spa briefs are nonwoven, not cotton. We can send a fiber composition test report for each style, which you need before printing “100% cotton” on your packs.
Q2What sizes do you make?+
We make S, M, L, XL and XXL, covering roughly US women’s sizes 4–18, EU 36–50 and AU 8–22. Pouches and retail packs can show US, EU or AU sizes. Men’s styles are sized by waist 60–118 cm (24–46 inches across S–XXL), and nonwoven spa briefs come in Free Size (One Size Fits Most) and L–XXL.
Q3Are they sterile?+
No. Our briefs are hygienically produced and individually sealed, but not labelled sterile. That claim needs a validated sterilization process with matching packaging and, in the US and EU, can make the product a medical device (see “Hygienic production” above). If your channel requires sterile products, ask us about options.
Q4Can you pack them individually?+
Yes. Every brief can be folded and sealed in its own pouch, printed with your brand, size and batch number. The pouches then go into retail packs of 4, 5 or 10, into bulk cartons, or into travel kits with towels and other single-use items.
Q5What is the MOQ per size?+
The MOQ is 2,000 packs per size and style. Fully custom printed packs start from 1,000 boxes per design, and sizes can be split within one design. Stock styles with your label can start lower, and stock sizes are produced in about 7 days for 1,000 packs.
Q6What are the US import duties for disposable briefs?+
As of October 2026, nonwoven disposable briefs under HTS 6210.10.70 pay about 21% from China: the 8.5% MFN duty plus the 12.5% forced-labor Section 301 duty; the earlier Section 301 List 4B duty is suspended. Cotton knit briefs may fall under a different heading and rate. Confirm with your customs broker, or check the US HTS.
Q7How long can you wear disposable underwear?+
One day or one treatment. Disposable briefs are designed to be worn once and then thrown away: our cotton briefs for up to a full travel day, our nonwoven spa briefs for a single treatment session of a few hours.
Q8How do you dispose of disposable underwear?+
Put used briefs in household waste. Do not flush them: cotton and nonwoven fabric do not break up in water like toilet paper and can block drains. We can print “Do not flush” and disposal instructions on your pouches.
