What Amazon sellers need from a factory
Small first runs and fast restocks. From 1,000 boxes per design; about 7 days for 1,000 packs of stock sizes; custom-printed reorders in 12–15 days.
Lot-to-lot consistency. Every lot is checked for GSM, size, sheet count and appearance against your approved sample, so a reorder does not trigger “thinner than last time” reviews.
Packaging that sells on a thumbnail. Printed boxes, hanging pull-out packs and soft packs to your artwork, with dielines from us.
Listing data. A spec sheet with size, GSM, count and fiber content for your bullet points, plus unit dimensions and weight for FBA fee estimates.
Claims Amazon will accept. No wording on the pack that triggers pesticide or medical-device review (see below).
Price per pack matters less than many sellers expect.

Amazon has said it no longer offers its own prep and item-labeling service in the US from 1 January 2026, so units should arrive labeled. Check the current FBA packaging and prep rules in Seller Central before you book each shipment.
